I’ve never been a fan of exercise and/or healthy eating, as a matter of fact I would skip breakfast/lunch and sometimes dinner because I didn’t have time to prepare it or was just too lazy to do so. I lived on coffee and sat for 9-12 hours while working from home. I had no energy, body aches and lack of care and knowledge in health/nutrition that was putting my health at risk. In September 2023 I decided I needed a change. I discussed my concerns with Leticia (RENEWEDSTRENGTH) and changed my life around. As soon as I signed up to the program I could see the changes in a matter of days, I was more productive and wasn’t tired or in pain all the time. In the first few weeks or two I cut out all the bad foods and replaced it with food that carried nutritional value as suggested in her program. Drank over 64oz of water a day, so hard for me since I never enjoyed water, sounded harder than it was but once my body was receiving water, I started to enjoy it, now not a day goes by that I don’t have a jug of water next to me. In just 3 months with Leticia's workout/meal plans I’ve dropped almost 20 lbs. I have become more knowledgeable about the right food choices and the benefit of health which I can now share with my family and friends. Her support, dedication and advice together with her expertise in her area of fitness & nutrition are outstanding. 4 weeks ago I can’t recommend Leticia and the Renewed Strength program enough. I began the program in January 2024; under Leticia’s guidance and support, in just a few short months, the changes to my body were easily visible - I was reaching my desired goals of losing pounds and inches while gaining strength. But more importantly, were the changes/improvements I achieved in my overall physical and mental well-being that are not visible. I experienced increased energy, reduced stress, improved sleep and decreased menopause symptoms. I was also able to eliminate the need for medication by lowering my A1C through diet and exercise. Despite a very successful start with the program, due to personal obstacles, I have been unable to maintain a consistent commitment to the program. However, through all my challenges, Leticia’s commitment to me and my success with the program has been a constant. Leticia is an excellent personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable and extremely generous with her knowledge. She is passionate about diet and exercise and her enthusiasm is contagious. A true testament to Leticia and the Renewed Strength program is that in spite of any struggles and/or set backs, I still have a sincere desire to continue with the program.
